Broadway and Sacramento, Partners in the Arts

Are you looking for a great outlet for your group to celebrate the arts in Sacramento?  Lucky for you the California Musical Theatre has several outlets to get your theatre fix satisfied.  And a discounted price for groups of 12 or more makes it even sweeter for those looking to experience “The Great White Way” right here in downtown Sacramento.  Although there is only one production left this season, Broadway fanatics will be delighted to know the California Musical Theatre has released the line up for next season.

I recently had the pleasure of sitting front and center for a performance (my first in Sacramento) of “Young Frankenstein,” and I was blown away by the Broadway quality production features brought to downtown Sacramento.  The show, including complicated effects and large dance numbers, was performed seamlessly.  And the staff at the Community Center Theatre made me feel completely welcome.  “Young Frankenstein” has ended its run in Sacramento, but there are several opportunities to see all the amazing upcoming performances of Broadways most popular musicals.

“Mary Poppins” will be the final show of the 2010 – 2011 season.  The famous nanny will use her umbrella to fly into the Community Center Theater June 2 – 19 for an extended three-week run.  Click here for ticket information or contact us to arrange group tickets.
